Feydock is a client portal for sharing project progress through a secure link. We collect only what we need to operate the product, keep it secure, and improve performance. We do not sell your personal information.

Information we collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account info: your name, email address, and profile image from Google sign-in.
• Project data: project names, milestones, progress, deadlines, and any content you add in your dashboard.
• Usage data: basic analytics such as page visits and portal link views (for Pro features), plus timestamps and device/browser details.
• Technical data: IP address and logs used for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Provide and maintain Feydock (authentication, projects, portals).
• Secure the platform and prevent abuse.
• Enable analytics features (when available on your plan).
• Improve product performance and user experience.
• Communicate essential updates (e.g., service or policy updates).

Client portal links

Client portal pages are accessible via unique, unguessable links. Anyone with the link may view the project details intended for the portal. You can disable or regenerate links from your dashboard to revoke access.

Payments

If you upgrade to Pro, payments are processed by a third-party payment provider. We do not store your full card details on our servers. We may store billing-related metadata such as subscription status, plan, and renewal/cancellation timestamps to provide access correctly.

Data sharing

We only share information when necessary to operate the service, such as with hosting, database, analytics, or payment providers. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety and integrity of Feydock.

Data retention

We retain account and project information for as long as you maintain your account. You can request deletion of your account and associated data, subject to legal and operational requirements.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including secure authentication, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your data safe.

Your choices

You can:

• Update your account details in your dashboard (where available).
• Disable or regenerate client portal links at any time.
• Request deletion of your account and data.
