Overview

Feydock provides a client portal that allows freelancers and teams to share project progress through a secure, shareable link. These Terms apply to all users of the service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Feydock. By using the service, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

Accounts

To use Feydock, you must sign in using the supported authentication methods. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Ensuring your account information is accurate

Client portal links

Feydock generates unique links for client portals. Anyone with access to a link may view the project information you choose to share. You are responsible for managing, disabling, or regenerating these links.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse Feydock. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Using the service for illegal activities
  • Attempting to bypass security or access restrictions
  • Abusing, overloading, or disrupting the service
  • Sharing content that is harmful, misleading, or infringing

Plans and payments

Feydock offers both Free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Refunds

Fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law. Canceling a subscription stops future charges but does not provide refunds for unused time.

Data and content

You retain ownership of the content you create or upload to Feydock. By using the service, you grant us permission to process this content solely to operate and improve the platform.

Availability

We aim to keep Feydock available and reliable, but the service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Feydock shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Feydock if you violate these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to the platform or others.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Feydock after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
